Your Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Confidence leading learning activities independently
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, or learning difficulties) would be advantageous, but is not essential.
