About the Role
Our partner school in Exeter provides personalised education for students with complex needs, including those with EHCPs. The curriculum focuses on core subjects and PSHE, with both on-site lessons and community activities to support students’ growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support for students with SEND
- Collaborate with teachers to implement and adjust personalised learning plans
- Foster a positive, safe environment for emotional and social development
- Adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs
Qualifications
- Passion for supporting students with SEND
- Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and patience
- Must have GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
- Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
