Our partner school in Exeter provides personalised education for students with complex needs, including those with EHCPs. The curriculum focuses on core subjects and PSHE, with both on-site lessons and community activities to support students’ growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised support for students with SEND
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement and adjust personalised learning plans
  • Foster a positive, safe environment for emotional and social development
  • Adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs

Qualifications

  • Passion for supporting students with SEND
  • Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and patience
  • Must have GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
