We are seeking reliable, observant, and professional individuals to join our pool of Casual Exam Invigilators. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and fair running of examinations across schools, colleges and exam centres in Eastbourne.

This flexible, term-time role is ideal for those seeking occasional work — including students, retirees, or anyone looking to contribute to the local education community.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms and distribute papers and materials.
  • Supervise candidates during examinations, ensuring exam regulations are followed.
  • Record attendance, report incidents, and collect scripts securely.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive exam environment for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
