A friendly and inclusive school in Evesham is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and personally. The school is seeking a reliable, positive and proactive individual who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike. Previous experience in a school setting is welcomed, but the school is also keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in youth work, coaching, care, support work, or other roles involving children and young people.
The Role
- Supporting students within the classroom to access learning
- Working with individuals and small groups to provide additional support
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
