Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across Derbyshire, to support with their search for a Teacher of DT.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience teaching DT at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Understanding and application of the curriculum and strategies to raise standards across the ability range through effective teaching and learning
- Holds QTS
The role and responsibilities:
- Full-Time, fixed-term contract
- 20 hours teaching, 5 hours PPA
- Track students’ progress and use assessment information to inform teaching and learning
- Assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies and teaching strategies in the curriculum/learning area
