Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience to join a welcoming secondary school in Essex.
The role focuses on supporting students with ASC, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, promoting learning and inclusion.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to deliver one-to-one and small-group support, implement IEP targets and monitor progress, helping pupils stay engaged and reach their potential.
