TP Tutors works with Local Authorities, Schools, and Alternative Provisions to provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN/SEND and SEMH needs. Join our team of patient and understanding tutors, and help empower and inspire learners to achieve their goals.

The Role

  • Delivering 1:1 tuition sessions covering core subjects both in person and via our virtual portal.
  • Planning suitable sessions to support students towards their goal.
  • Assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Open communication with guardians and case workers to ensure our young people are getting the very best support.

Our Ideal Tutor

  • Experience working with children or young people.
  • Ability to plan and deliver core and cross-curricular engaging sessions.
  • Proactive and driven to get pupils' education back up to speed.
  • Awareness and implementation of behaviour strategies.
  • Organised and thorough, ensuring pupils are on track to achieve their desired learning outcomes.
