About the role:
The MAT Partnership Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts, ensuring the delivery of tailored recruitment and staffing solutions that meet the specific needs of the schools within the Trust. This role combines account management expertise with a deep understanding of the education sector, focusing on building long-term partnerships, retaining the partnerships and achieving revenue growth through exceptional service, up selling and strategic engagement. With no dedicated portfolio to manage, this position allows the individual to concentrate fully on driving account management opportunity and team performance.
Although not essential, the ideal candidate would have experience within education recruitment, or within business development for other educational services.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with Head of MAT Account Management to identify new market/business development opportunities
- Proposes new initiatives and products/services
- Inputs into business development and operational initiatives
- Contributes to overall Business Development strategy in terms of growth, financial gain and client satisfaction
- Embrace and implement quarterly plans in line with company objectives and priorities
- Builds personal network and reputation as market leader in staffing and recruitment for MATs through engagement with key external stakeholders including MATs, sector bodies, and professional organisations
- To maintain a clear and accurate understanding of the client base and educator landscape of dedicated region(s)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Multi-Academy Trust clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MAT leaders and school SLT
- Collaborate with and support operations managers, branch managers and consultants in your respective region to deliver agreed service levels to partnership MATs
- Proactively address client concerns and provide innovative recruitment solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the recruitment process for MAT clients, ensuring placements meet quality and compliance standards
- Communicate new product developments to existing clients
- Partner with operations to deliver a seamless client experience
- Work with MAT Acquisition Managers to ensure a seamless handover process with new MAT partners
- Track and analyse account performance, providing regular updates to clients and Head of MAT Account Management
