Bristol Region. Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 8. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career. We are straight talkers and value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone’s thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes. We are currently looking to recruit someone to work with our Bristol Primary Team, working with the Primary schools in and around Bristol.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning business - making outbound sales calls, pitching services, and meeting schools in your local area regularly delivering an exceptional service to both educators and education institutions.
- Building relationships - with both schools and educators, becoming a trusted recruitment partner establishing yourself as a reliable and integral part of your clients’ recruitment operations and needs.
- Sourcing talent - finding, vetting, and matching the right educators to the right schools.
- Managing a desk - driving your own performance by hitting revenue, placement, and activity targets.
- Making an impact - supporting schools with the staff they need to make a real difference in classrooms.
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle - regular school visits (minimum once per week) are an essential part of the role.
- Sales experience - ideally from agency recruitment, B2B, or B2C sales backgrounds.
- Target-driven mindset - you’ll thrive in a high-performance culture and be motivated by hitting goals.
- Resilience and tenacity - recruitment is challenging, so we need people who are proactive and solution-focused.
- People Centricity - you’ll need to build rapport quickly.
