The Preston location is made up of six branches supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools across Lancashire and Merseyside. The Preston team are a nimble and energetic team of 21 specialist consultants, all with their unique personalities and skills they can bring to the role. The Role As a consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team within the primary, secondary or SEN sector and will be responsible for building on a ‘warm patch’ which will allow you to increase your candidate pool and school base across a local area – and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on. We don’t believe in giving cold areas to new staff to develop. You will get a warm client base of schools and have existing candidates from the largest database. Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to: Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff. Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary). Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers. Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives. Organically grow through the company, with the opportunity to get promoted four times per year.
