Your Role

You’ll support pupils aged 5–16 with a wide range of needs, including:

• SEMH (Social, Emotional Mental Health)
• Autism, ADHD, and communication needs
• Learning difficulties and behavioural challenges
• Trauma and attachment-related needs

In your role, you will:

• Deliver or support adapted, inclusive lessons
• Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils
• Use behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
• Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and pastoral teams
• Help create safe, structured, and nurturing learning environments

Who We’re Looking For

We want to hear from newly qualified teachers and ECTs who are:

• Available Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
• Willing to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS
