Teaching Personnel are working with a number of specialist SEN schools and alternative provisions and are seeking motivated ECTs who are eager to gain hands‑on experience supporting pupils with additional needs. This is an ideal opportunity for ECTs who are open to exploring different pathways in education while building confidence, adaptability, and classroom presence.
The Role:
- Delivering pre‑planned lessons and supporting learning across a variety of settings
- Working with pupils with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
- Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management strategies
- Gaining exposure to both mainstream alternative provisions and specialist SEN environments
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds (or is working towards) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Open‑minded, flexible, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
