We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to provide supply teaching support across several welcoming and well-regarded primary schools in Southampton and the surrounding areas. This supply teacher role offers excellent flexibility and is ideal for qualified teachers seeking day-to-day supply, short-term supply, or long-term supply teaching opportunities across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The Ideal Supply Teacher Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent experience as a Primary Teacher or Supply Teacher in KS1 and/or KS2
- Be confident, adaptable, and resilient when undertaking supply teaching in different school environments
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills essential for supply teacher roles
- Feel comfortable delivering engaging lessons as a supply teacher across the primary curriculum

The Supply Teacher Role Will Involve:
- Delivering high-quality supply teaching for day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term supply assignments
- Teaching pre-planned lessons and adapting as required during supply teacher placements
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment as a primary supply teacher
- Supporting pupils’ learning, progress, confidence, and wellbeing during supply cover
- Working closely with school staff while following safeguarding procedures and school policies
