We are supporting a number of SEND and SEMH schools across Eastbourne, Seaford and Newhaven, working with pupils who need emotionally informed, relationship-based support to access education. These schools support both primary and secondary pupils and place strong emphasis on consistency, teamwork and emotional safety. While behaviour can be challenging at times, staff are well supported and work within clear, structured frameworks.

We are keen to hear from teachers and support staff who are looking for meaningful SEND or SEMH roles within supportive school environments.

  • Teaching roles paid to scale; TA and LSA roles paid at £89.38 per day
  • A child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently hold one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS through us and register it on the Update Service. Guidance is provided throughout, and this enables faster placement across multiple schools.
