Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of an Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and welcoming team. The Role
- Support pupils with SEN to access learning and the wider curriculum
- Help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver support plans
- Provide consistent support throughout the day, including breaks and enrichment activities
