Looking to bring your energy, creativity and Early Years magic into a fantastic school this summer? We are working with a truly lovely primary school in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, who are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team. You'll be spending your days in the Nursery/Reception class, getting stuck into everything from messy play and storytelling to supporting little learners as they grow in confidence and curiosity.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on role in Early Years foundation.
  • Proactive, caring and full of ideas.
  • Support children with 18% of pupils having Additional Learning Needs.
  • Build relationships.
  • Spark imagination.
  • Turn tricky moments into positive ones.

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 3 months' experience working with children or holds a relevant Nursery Nurse/TA qualification.
  • Experience with children with Additional Learning Needs is a big bonus.
  • All applicants must have appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
