Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS)

MULTIPLE ROLES ACROSS BOURNEMOUTH & POOLE – We’ll work together to find the best fit for you!

Teaching Personnel has exciting full-time opportunities for qualified EYFS Teachers in Bournemouth and Poole , working across a range of welcoming primary schools and early years settings.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will have full class teacher responsibilities and play a vital role in planning and delivering engaging lessons, while supporting children’s learning and development during their most formative years. Those first Primary School years can feel overwhelming for little ones… be the calm, caring guide who makes school feel safe, nurturing, and exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records
  • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development

Desirable Experience:

  • Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with experience in EYFS
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Experience with PECS or Makaton is advantageous
  • Experience working with children with SEN requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
