About to complete your CACHE Level 3 in Early Years? Start your nursery career with paid experience. If you’re finishing (or have recently completed) your CACHE Level 3 in Early Years, now is the perfect time to step into paid work and build confidence in real nursery settings. We’re currently recruiting CACHE Level 3 students and newly qualified practitioners to work across a range of nurseries, with multiple full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What’s on offer:

  • Paid nursery work while you gain experience
  • Opportunities to work on supply (flexible days to suit you)
  • Temp-to-perm roles – try a nursery before committing long-term (work temporarily in a setting, see if it’s the right fit, then secure a permanent role if it works for both sides)

Pay: £13.95–£14.50 per hour. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and role.

Roles include:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development across Early Years
  • Working as part of a nursery team to provide a safe, nurturing environment
  • Gaining hands-on experience in different settings to find what suits you best

We’re looking for:

  • CACHE Level 3 Early Years students (finishing soon or recently qualified)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
