A lovely nursery in Jesmond is looking for two passionate CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent , working within a supportive and nurturing environment that values high-quality childcare and early education.

Position: Full-time CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5 years

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Create a warm, stimulating environment where every child can thrive

  • Support daily routines including play, meals, hygiene, and rest

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with families

  • Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s well-being

What We’re Looking For:
  • CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

  • Paediatric First Aid certificate – preferred, but not essential (must be willing to obtain)

  • Experience working within a nursery or childcare setting

  • A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s development

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and early years best practice

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
