Are you an experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in your career with a growing and supportive nursery? Our client, a well-established private English/French nursery in Vauxhall, is looking to recruit three Nursery Room Leaders to join their team. Opportunities are available within the Baby Room, Toddler Room, and Pre-School Room. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate childcare professionals who enjoy leading a team, creating engaging learning environments, and making a positive impact on children's early development. Please note: There is no requirement to speak French for these positions.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of your allocated room while maintaining the highest standards of care, learning, and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting practitioners within your room
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Delivering high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers
- Monitoring children's development and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
- Supporting the Nursery Manager in achieving outstanding standards throughout the setting
About You
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting
- Experience as a Room Leader or a Senior Practitioner looking to step up
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
