Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in a rewarding Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting this September? We work with a range of SEN and SEMH schools supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and complex additional needs. These opportunities provide an excellent platform for ECTs to develop their classroom practice, build confidence, and strengthen their skillset in preparation for a long‑term or permanent teaching role.

Pay & Benefits
ECTs working through Teaching Personnel will be paid in line with the equivalent salaried ECT rate, ensuring you are fairly rewarded while gaining valuable classroom experience.
