Teaching Personnel is working with a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Leicester and the surrounding areas who are keen to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through flexible supply teaching opportunities. Supply teaching is a great way to build confidence in the classroom, develop your teaching style, and gain exposure to a variety of school settings before securing a long-term or permanent role. Whether you are looking for consistent work or flexible days to fit around your schedule, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages
- Engage and support pupils in their learning
- Adapt quickly and confidently to different classroom environments
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff where required
Requirements:
- Recently completed PGCE or due to complete shortly
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- Passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Flexible, proactive, and positive approach to work
This role is ideal for ECTs looking to gain hands-on experience, explore different school settings, and build a strong foundation for their teaching career.
