Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting 2026 graduate Teachers for ECT roles commencing from February 2026. If you are currently studying and are due to graduate this Summer, we want to hear from you!

The Lancashire Central Primary Branch at Teaching Personnel are well established within the local area and are well equipped in supporting Teachers with securing their first teaching role. We work alongside mainstream Primary Schools across Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn with Darwen, Burscough, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale. Whatever your preferred year group may be, and no matter what your work preferences may be (i.e a permanent, full-time, or part-time role); we would be delighted to assist you in progressing in your career.

We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:

  • Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • The experience to confidently plan, deliver and assess the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly and be reliable.
  • A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
