£130 - £165 per day (depending on experience)

Requirements

  • Hold, or be working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have a degree in a relevant subject
  • Be confident communicating with students, staff, and parents
  • Build positive and professional relationships within the school environment
  • Be committed to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of behaviour
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

As an ECT, you will

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons within your subject specialism
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your teaching where needed
  • Support students with different learning needs and abilities
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively using school policies
  • Contribute to the wider school community where possible
