Teaching Personnel is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary and post-16 setting in Blackley, Manchester for the 2026/27 academic year.

The role supports learners with additional needs across KS3, KS4 and Post-16.

You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver engaging learning experiences, lead interventions, support 1:1 and small groups, and help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence and success.
