Graduate Cover Supervisor – Durham/Sunderland Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel is seeking recent graduates to join our successful supply teaching team as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Durham and Sunderland. If you've just graduated and you're considering a career in teaching, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while earning competitive pay. Cover Supervisors do not require Qualified Teacher Status. The role involves delivering pre-set work for a variety of subjects while ensuring the continuation of education for all pupils. This is ideal preparation if you're thinking about PGCE, SCITT, or teacher training, giving you genuine insight into working in schools before you commit.
