You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons across different schools when teachers are absent, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay engaged with their learning. Whether you want full-time consistent work or just a few days per week, we can match you with schools that suit your availability.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects at KS3 to KS5
- Managing classroom behaviour in different school settings
- Ensuring students complete the work set by their regular teacher
- Adapting quickly to different schools and their systems
You need:
- QTS
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and behaviour skills
- Flexibility and confidence working in different environments
- Good communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Two professional references covering the last two years
