What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in various subjects
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Working with students who have SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and differentiation
- Building positive relationships with students who need consistent support
- Contributing to inclusive learning environments
You'll need:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in secondary schools
- Understanding of SEND and how to support diverse learners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence working with challenging behaviour
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service
- Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential if you've got solid experience
