We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Dudley (DY2) area that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their support team. This is a full‑time temporary role with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. The school is seeking someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide academic and pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You may be supporting individual students, small groups, or whole‑class learning depending on the needs of the school.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students with their learning across a range of subjects
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Providing one‑to‑one and small group support where required
