We are working with primary schools across M43 and surrounding areas that are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their teams. The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons. Work with children individually and in small groups to support their development. Encourage positive behaviour and build strong relationships with pupils. Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Support children with a range of learning needs and abilities. Support SEND if required by the school. The Ideal Candidate Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (essential). Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting. Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework. Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is patient, caring, and committed to helping children achieve their potential.
