Teaching Personnel has a full time Drama teacher role at a Darlington secondary school. Temporary position starting in January. You'll be the only Drama specialist, so this suits someone who wants autonomy and responsibility, not someone who needs a big department around them. Pay is MPS/UPS depending on your experience.
The job: You're teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, building on an established curriculum. The school values Drama and it's well resourced, but you'll have freedom to develop it your way.
You need:
- QTS (or equivalent)
- Solid KS3 and KS4 Drama teaching experience
- Confidence working independently as the sole specialist
