Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including teachers, ex‑teachers, SLD/MLD teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SENCO, SEN professionals, youth workers, mentors, and intervention specialists. You will ideally have:
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- The ability to adapt your teaching style to individual needs
- Access to transport or willingness to travel locally
To be considered, you will need:
- The right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
- Two years of recent, verifiable professional references
