Teaching Personnel is recruiting an Employability Tutor for a specialist post-16 setting in Dorchester.

This exciting full-time opportunity starts in September 2026 or after October half term and offers the potential to become a permanent position directly with the provision.

This position focuses on preparing learners for meaningful futures through employability, personal development and independence programmes. Qualified Teacher Status is not essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging employability sessions

Successful candidates will have experience supporting individuals with additional needs and be able to build strong relationships quickly.
