We are supporting a specialist SEMH provision and PRU in recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a September start.
The school caters for pupils from Years 1β11 and is dedicated to providing high-quality education and pastoral support for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside teaching staff to support pupils in and out of the classroom, encouraging engagement, confidence and independence.
Requirements
- Be passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be patient, resilient and adaptable.
- Have experience working with children or young people (education experience is desirable but not essential).
