We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and committed Site Supervisor & Curriculum Technician to join a welcoming secondary school in the Powys area. This is a unique and rewarding role that combines site leadership, facilities management, and technical curriculum support—placing you right at the heart of school life.

The Role

  • Lead and support the cleaning and caretaking team
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming school environment
  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and overall site presentation
  • Support health and safety compliance across the site
  • Act as a key holder and respond to occasional out‑of‑hours issues
  • Drive the school minibus when required (training provided)
  • Provide technical support to curriculum areas, particularly Design & Technology (approx. 20 % of the role), including maintaining equipment and supporting practical lessons
