Learning Support Assistant – Gateshead

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within welcoming and inclusive schools across Gateshead. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a vital role in their academic, social, and emotional development.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
- Support students in achieving both academically and socially
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team
