Role Details

  • Position: KS1 Teacher
  • Location: Cullompton and surrounding areas
  • Start Date: September
  • Pay: £130 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Contract: Flexible supply, short‑term, long‑term, full‑time or part‑time
  • Planning Required? No - lessons are pre‑planned

About the Role

  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 1
  • Follow pre‑planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback where required
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
  • Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom needs

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching KS1 in UK primary schools (including placements)
