Year 3 Teacher Required – Summer Term (Immediate Start)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to take over a Year 3 class for the remainder of the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong classroom practitioner who can quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Maintain strong behaviour management and clear routines
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3)
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Be adaptable, proactive, and confident stepping into an established class
- Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their best
