Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sunderland to recruit an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 4.
The Role: We are seeking a confident and adaptable Teaching Assistant who can work effectively on a 1-1 basis, supporting a pupil with additional needs. The successful candidate must be proactive, able to use their initiative, and flexible in their approach to meet the pupil's individual needs throughout the school day.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience working as a TA, ideally in a 1-1 capacity
- Demonstrates the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is confident in using their initiative and responding to pupil needs dynamically
