You would be responsible for planning and delivering engaging practical lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring a safe and well‑managed workshop environment.

What we are looking for:

– Creative and innovative , able to design engaging practical lessons that inspire students.

– Passionate about design and technology , bringing enthusiasm and real-world relevance to lessons.

– Clear communicator , capable of explaining technical processes in an accessible way to pupils of all abilities.

– Strong practical and technical skills across DT specialisms, with confidence using tools, machinery, and materials safely.

You would be paid to your teaching scale point (M1 – UPS3) £168.80 – £261.78 per day.
