About the Role

  • Support pupils who may experience social, emotional, and mental health challenges, helping them engage with education in a positive and structured way.
  • Support students with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and complex backgrounds.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional wellbeing.
  • Assist with behaviour regulation and de-escalation strategies.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.

  • Can commit to Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.
  • Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
