We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven recruitment professional to help build and maintain a strong network of educators for our SupplyBank clients. In this fast-paced role, you’ll attract, recruit, onboard, and engage high-quality educators to ensure schools receive the right support when they need it most. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, offshore teams, and educators to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes across local, regional, or national client accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and recruiting educators through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and partnerships
- Managing the full recruitment journey from application to onboarding
- Building strong relationships with educators to improve engagement and retention
- Supporting urgent daily bookings and long‑term placements
- Ensuring high levels of compliance, safeguarding, and data accuracy
- Working towards key KPIs including fulfilment rates, onboarding targets, and educator utilisation
- Contributing ideas and strategies to improve recruitment performance and educator supply

- Recruitment, resourcing, or educator engagement experience (education sector preferred)
