Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) to join our supply team, supporting three well-established secondary schools located between Bexleyheath and Dartford.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement
- Support students in their learning and development
- Flexible opportunities ranging from daily supply to longer-term assignments
- Immediate and ongoing work available
Requirements
- Previous experience working within UK secondary schools
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teaching positions
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher within a secondary setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
