Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Science teacher for a Darlington secondary school. Full time position starting in February, contract until July 2026.
What you'll be teaching:
- Science across KS3 and KS4.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics required.
- Delivering engaging lessons, motivating students, and working collaboratively with the Science department.
- Standard teaching responsibilities plus contributing to a supportive team environment.
You need:
- QTS (or equivalent)
- Solid Science subject knowledge across the disciplines
- Ability to deliver high quality lessons
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Energy and commitment to student progress
Contract: Full time, temporary until July 2026 (potential for extension)
