What the Role Involves
- Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Maintain a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and ready to learn
- Support a school ethos that prioritises well-being, respect, diversity and personal growth
- Follow school policies and procedures
This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, meaning you can focus on building your confidence in classroom management and student support.
