Full-Time Primary Teaching Assistant – Newton Aycliffe
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience, paid weekly)
Contract: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils across the school, including small-group interventions and 1:1 support
- Bringing lessons to life with creative, hands-on approaches
- Helping children with their academic progress, social skills and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a warm, nurturing learning environment

- Have experience working in a primary school setting
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) – desirable
- Are confident, adaptable and full of enthusiasm
- Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils
- Are committed to a full-time, long-term role with potential for permanency
