We are delighted to be recruiting for an inspiring and ambitious Curriculum Leader of Science to join a successful and supportive secondary school in Lancashire from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Science Teacher or current middle leader who is passionate about driving standards and leading a high-performing department.

The Role

  • Lead and develop the Science curriculum across KS3 and KS4
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress
  • Support and develop colleagues within the department
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to raise attainment
