Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in CRANLEIGH, SURREY!

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our teams supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available

About the Schools & Students:

You will be working in warm, welcoming and supportive specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)

Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to most effectively provide holistic support.
