Are you looking to gain classroom experience and kickstart your career in education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Northamptonshire for the new academic year starting in September.
We have exclusive contracts and act as the first point of call for supply cover in a wide range of partner schools across the county, including those in Kettering, Corby, Rushden, Wellingborough, and Northampton.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintain classroom order and ensure students stay on task
- Provide support and guidance where needed
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
