We have immediate opportunities for day-to-day supply work, which can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability and flexibility. We also offer long-term positions with the potential to develop into permanent roles.
Your role will be to supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 during the short-term absence of the class teacher. This includes:
- Taking the register
- Delivering pre-set work
- Ensuring pupils understand and complete the tasks set
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing student behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy
- Addressing any issues in accordance with school procedures
- Promoting positive behaviour and managing challenging behaviour
- Supporting pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
- Assisting students with additional educational needs
- Maintaining a structured and engaging classroom environment
A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to drive through school. Additional Car Allowance. Enhanced Maternity.
